Circular vibrating screens

Construction
- Highly robust vibrating caisson consisting of a rigid and non-deformable unit supported on damping springs that rest on a reinforced structure with the required inclination to be fixed to the foundations by means of anchor bolts. Oversized bearings and supports ensure efficient operation.
- Adjustable counterweights for quick and easy adjustment of the amplitude of the vibration movement, as required by the material to be treated.
- Screening panels with anti-clogging screens available in various types of materials, such as steel, rubber or polyurethane. The panels are mounted by lateral or longitudinal tension depending on the type of screen, fastened by means of fastening screws.
- Rotation speed regulation by means of a combination of pulleys and transmission belts.
